Primary Purpose:

Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly handling all incoming raw and bagged ingredients for the mill. Ensures accurate quality checks, correct documentation, and safe placement of materials into the mill structure. Also responsible for offloading all delivery trucks and supporting ingredient flow throughout the facility.
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM during non‑Harvest season / 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM during Harvest.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspects incoming ingredients and verifies quality and compliance with specifications.
Safely unloads product and transfers ingredients to the correct bins or storage locations.
Operates equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and rail movers in a safe and efficient manner.
Operates and monitors production systems and processes; maintains a clean and organized work area.
Accurately completes required logs, reports, and documentation related to ingredient receipt and handling.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical training in mechanics or computer skills preferred.
0–2 years of relevant experience in ingredient handling, warehousing, or production.
Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer, and rail mover.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Requires physical strength, dexterity, and the ability to perform manual tasks.
